Yes!

This is how I follow the Tigers in Southern California. Pop calls and gives me the play by play of the ninth inning of Justin Verlander's no-hitter. My co-worker and buddy Derek Thomas was on hand to catch my reaction (I had no clue he was recording me, but I'm happy he did).

GO TIGERS!

Note to those at work: I say a swear right at the beginning.

Played it in the News sports department. They were impressed by your Tiger fandom.

Excellent girly squeal. I had a similar one when I woke up, checked ESPN.com and saw Verlander's mug next to the words: "no-hitter." Tremendous.

He was supposedly hitting 102mph in the 9th inning. Wow!

Also, the name of this video should be "How to repel women".

That was great! But Solari and I will tell ya, it was even better to BE THERE LIVE AT COMERICA!!! Right Solari?

Solari got to go? Bastard.

Here in Phila., my wife and I were watching the Spurs/Cavs, saw the bulletin at the bottom, switched to ESPN and almost cried at Jim Leyland doing the "someone's grandpa trying not to cry when something awesome happens" thing again.

Going to see them beat the Phillies on Saturday night. We will also probably be beaten for being the only blue and orange in a sea of red and white.

You better believe I was there. What a way to start a week's vacation! When I get pics from my friend Stacie, I'll let you know.
